Kelly Nelson, Director & CEO

Kelly was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to Arizona with her husband and four daughters in 2010. She is from a legal management family that has been in the legal industry since the 1960s. Kelly attended the University of Southern California to major in engineering. However, helping serve the vulnerable and injured was her passion so she continued in the family legal field.

With over 30 years of experience, Kelly is our head paralegal negotiator who oversees the staff and operations of the firm. She has successfully negotiated over $50,000,000 in settlements, both in pre-litigation and litigation. Kelly has had tremendous success in pharmaceutical torts, complex medical device litigation, catastrophic personal injury, workers’ compensation, and a variety of civil litigation matters.

When not helping her clients, Kelly enjoys reading historical fiction novels, and puzzles of all types, and spending time with her family. Kelly’s life philosophy is to serve others and treat every person she encounters with respect and dignity.
