Her educational journey led her to the University of Southern Mississippi, where she accomplished her degree in Business Management. Commencing her professional path in the automotive repair industry, she swiftly ascended to the role of Office Manager at a collision center, attaining comprehensive insights into the intricacies of car repair procedures and adeptly navigating interactions with insurance companies. Fueled by a desire to make a more meaningful impact on individuals affected by accidents, she transitioned to the legal realm and became part of the Desert Star team. Courtney’s expertise in property damage and auto claims, coupled with her adeptness at managing intricate tasks simultaneously, positions her as a pivotal contributor to every client’s experience at Desert Star.
